You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the form below, but it is not obligatory.

Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento, basta con que envíe su comunicación relativa al ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento antes de que dicho plazo haya vencido.

Consecuencias del desistimiento

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Debe devolvernos los bienes o entregárnoslos sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a más tardar 14 días después del día en que nos comunique su decisión de desistir. El plazo se considerará cumplido si envía los bienes antes de que haya expirado el período de 14 días.

Usted correrá con el coste directo de la devolución de la mercancía.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
