Why you’ll like it
A puncture-resistant, lightweight TPU tube for MTB and adventure riding — with a patented all-aluminum valve and a welded joint designed to eliminate typical weak points.
· More puncture-resistant than butyl in real-world conditions
· Stable at pressure (less “squirm” vs classic tubes)
· Packs small — ideal as a spare
· Patented all-aluminum valve + patented welding process for durability
· Made in Germany og 100% genanvendelig

Best for
· Trail, XC, and all-round MTB riding
· Riders who want tubeless-like performance without sealant maintenance
· Anyone who wants a compact spare that’s still high-performance
Installation notes (quick)
· Inspect the rim: Check the inner rim channel and rim strip. Sharp edges or exposed spoke holes can cause an immediate puncture.
· Clean the area: Remove any existing sealant from rim and tire.
· Verify size: Only remount a tube with the same tire size or bigger. Never use a tube that is too small for the tire casing.
· Mount side one: Install one bead of the tire onto the rim.
· “Zero Air” valve rule: Insert the valve into the rim’s valve hole while the tube is completely flat (no air).
· Install the tube: Tuck the tube into the tire casing with no folds or twists.
· Soft inflate: Inflate slightly to a maximum of 0.3 bar (5 psi).
· Mount by hand: Close the tire by hand where possible; levers can pinch the tube.
· Incremental inflation: Inflate to riding pressure in steps of 1.0 bar (14 psi).
· Avoid high-pressure bursts: Don’t use high-flow compressors initially.
· Pro-tip — “Thumb check”: Before full pressure, pinch the tire sidewalls inward all the way around. If the tube peeks out, deflate and reposition.
What makes Eclipse different
Eclipse TPU pioneered TPU inner tubes in 2011. Our tubes use a patented all-aluminum valve and a patented end-to-end welding process to reduce common failure points — backed by tight internal QC.
