A 36 mm brass tubeless Presta valve with a square rubber base, alloy nut, and a fine-thread shoulder for a secure rim seal. Sold individually with cap and tool.
Why it works
Brass body. Heavier than alloy on purpose — brass doesn't gall, doesn't strip, and seals more reliably long-term.
Square rubber base. Conforms to a wide range of rim profiles. Squeezes into corners that a round base bridges over.
Fine-thread alloy nut. More turns per millimeter — better, more even clamping pressure on the rim. Less likely to back off over time.
Removable Record valve core. Standard Presta workflow. Pull the core to inject sealant or to swap a leaky core in the field.

Best for
- Tubeless setups on shallow-to-mid-depth rims (rim bed up to ~30 mm)
- Riders who've had alloy valves seize and want something more forgiving
- Replacement valves when the rubber base on your originals has hardened and started leaking
What makes Eclipse different
Eclipse pioneered TPU inner tubes in 2011 — and we build the small stuff that goes with them to the same standard. Every part is selected and tested to work cleanly with TPU and with the patented all-aluminum Eclipse valve.
