Check the inner rim channel and the integrity of rim strip. Sharp edges can cause a puncture of the tube. Remove existing sealant avoiding tube contamination.

Install the tube first into the tire without air. Avoid any folds or twists in the tube.

Before final installation slightly inflate the tube inside the tire max. (0.3 bar/ 5 psi)

Try to mount the tire by hand, tire levers can easily damage the tube - Inflate up to the riding pressure in steps of 1.5 bar/14 psi. High pressure air flow can damage the tube.

Remount the tube only with same tire size or bigger.
