The Eclipse GT line is built for distance. GT stands for Gran Turismo — tubes with a thicker TPU wall than the Performance line, designed for riders who cover serious ground and need their equipment to keep up.
The thicker wall significantly improves puncture and cut resistance while keeping the weight well under half that of a comparable butyl tube. Every GT tube is manufactured in Germany, individually water-tested, and built with the same patented all-aluminum valve and end-to-end welding process as the Performance line.
Choose GT when the ride is long, the surface is rough, or a flat would cost you more than a few minutes.
